Warsaw
The ACP Open in Warsaw, the Najdorf Memorial is under way (8-16 July) and the official site is http://www.poloniachess.pl/najdorf2016/index.php?lang=en where you can also follow the games live. Over 20 ACP wild cards are participating in a very strong and “dense” open tournament with 25 players rated over 2600. Apart from the main prizes there are also special prizes for ACP Premiums worth 3 000 EUR. The main aim of this ACP Opens project is to provide a lot of our members with good conditions and opportunities to play. We feel that we are succeeding in this mission.
Jerusalem
The ACP Open in Jerusalem starts today and runs until the 15th of July. You can follow it on the official site here: http://www.jeruchess.com/GideonJaphet2016/Default.aspx?lan=en. It is a third edition of this tournament and we see it as another important addition to our Opens project, which aims to provide quality conditions and good opportunities for our members. Our aim is always to improve and we think that the partnerships we have established with the opens so far can only evolve to be better.
